Thus, the Remade Portal developed its privacy policy based on the principles used by the major international websites, and in conformity with TRUSTe.org, an independent non-profit organisation, which has the mission of promoting the principles of data confidentiality and privacy in the internet.

The Remade Portal uses information collected for providing a more personalised interactive experience to each one of its members. This way, it can manage its website content regarding promotions or publicity, based on each profile.

Periodically, we may modify the current policy, in order to include new issues that could lead to changes in the Portal, in the technologies applied or, also, to modifications in our policy regarding collected information.

Personal information, based on the individual user, is understood as his or her full name, address, phone number, access preferences, or service, and his or her e-mail address, which can be collected when an application is submitted as a registration form.

Under 18 years of age

Due to the fact that minors may neither duly understand all stipulations of our Policy and its implications, nor validly decide about the available options for our adult users, we adopt the following special measures for protecting our users under 18 years of age:

- Users under 18 years of age shall not send to the Remade Portal any kind of personal information without previous consent from their parents or representative;
- Users under 18 years of age shall not be registered on their own behalf, and may only be registered by their parents or tutors;
- If a minor, under 18 years of age, duly registered according to the previous paragraph, wins a competition, the notification and the respective prize shall be sent to his or her parents or to the representative that has carried out the registration of the minor user;
- No kind of personal information about minors under 18 years of age shall be used for promotional or marketing purposes, within or outside the Remade Portal.

You may find in the Remade Portal various kinds of publicity and other contents linked to websites and/or services of our partners and associates, sponsors, advertisers, servers, representatives, and other third parties.

In many cases, the links represent cooperative projects or are mutual links established with people or entities connected to our website. Although the websites and services are intially linked this way, it would be impossible for us to control the contents or links that appear on them, or that could be undergoing permanent changes, and have their own Privacy Policies, if any.

Thus, we do not hold ourselves responsible for the content available in our partners' and/ advertisers' websites.

Upon using the Remade Portal, you manifest acceptance of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our Portal. In case of changes in our Policy, if you continue using our implementations, we shall understand that you have accepted the changes.

Competent Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any interpretation and/or conflict related to the whole or some part of these Privacy Policies, as well as with the compliance with them, on Remade Portal's behalf, shall be judged by the competent courts of the city of Curitiba-PR-Brazil, in which case the user or visitor renounces to any other jurisdiction that may turn out to be competent. Even so, for the abovementioned purposes, the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil shall be exclusively applied, excluding any rule of its international law system and/or any other rule that refers to the application of any foreign law, in which case the user or visitor of the Portal expressly renounces to other competent jurisdiction and applicable law, as a condition for not forbidding access to the Remade Portal.
