- If you have information about the company, it is easier to find a job or a temporary work. This, particularly, counts when you are being interviewed, because you already know the company’s requirements.
- There are companies that are more formal and others that are more flexible. Pay attention to the company’s style and of its workers.
- Arrive at the location 15 minutes earlier. It is not necessary to be there earlier or later.
- If it is not possible to be there on time, call the company to let them know.
- Be trustworthy and confident.
- Talk to people that have already been interviewed. Their experience is a good example. |

- Do not use so much jewelry.
- Wear discreet clothes, avoid short or trasparent ones.
- Do not exaggerate in the make-up or perfume.
- Be yourself. |

- Get shaved beforehand.
- Use clean sneakers or shoes.
- Do not use shirts that are too much open on your chest, do not use so much jewelry ( if you like to use it, at least be discreet) |

| During the interview |
|
- Do not be afraid! You are not going to a battlefield. Be calm and confident. Be optimistic, your mind can be a powerful ally. Pay attention to the possibility of talking about your career and qualities. However, be careful not to be exaggerate. Everyone has defects and limitations, and qualities as well.
The first impression is the one that lasts.
Important proceedures for the first contact:
- Avoid shaking your legs all the time, do not bite your nails, do not smoke, do not chew gums.
- Do not smile all the time, but show that you are relaxed.
- Avoid talking a lot., do not make so many gestures with your hands, do not constantly change your position when sitting.
- Greet the interviewer naturally, without pressing his/her hand too hard or too lightly.
- Look at the interview in the face.
- Avoid crossing your arms or laughing loudly.
- Avoid talking too much or answering with monosyllables.
